FURUTA Naohiro
Naohiro "Nakki" Furuta graduated from Rikkyo University with BS, and got his MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. He worked for Tomoegawa as an business analyst. He then worked for W.W.Grainger. He increased its sales in the APAC region and launched a webstore of MRO products there. Nakki joined Jomon Associates so that he helps all business people achieve their career goals wherever they are in the world.
NAITO Takaaki
Takaaki Naito graduated from Keio University with a BA in Economics in 1983. After graduation, he joined Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. where he was responsible for fixed income related business. After 10 years, he transitioned to working as an investment banker. In 2008, Takaaki was promoted to senior managing director in charge of the Asset Finance Division where he was primarily managing real estate, acquisition finance and infrastructure business. He joined Jomon Asociates in 2013, where he strives to revive Japanese industry through activating management mobility.
TAKAZAWA Naoshi
Naoshi Takazawa graduated from Meiji University with BA in commerce. He worked for Mitsubishi Bank (Currently, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ) as an account manager, and moved to investment banking division for M&A advisory before joining business development division for medium large-size enterprises. Naoshi joined Jomon Associates to achieve the "valuable associations" between excellent companies and outstanding business leaders.
MORI Yasumichi
Yasumichi Mori joined Jomon Associates in 2013 to serve as an invaluable bridge between companies and leadership talents to accelerate business growth and transformation. Prior to joining Jomon Associates, he worked for Sony Corporation in business controlling areas including 5years' experience in Paris, France as an Assistant General Manager for its European business unit. He started his business career in TOKYO STEEL Co., LTD where he built expertise in Finance. He also worked for Sun Microsystems K.K. in charge of FP&A. He holds a BA in Sociology from Hitotsubashi University.
INOUE Kazunori
Kazunori Inoue joined Jomon Associates in June 2007. Before joining Jomon, he worked for both Hikari Tsushin and Recruit Agent in their financial and accounting departments for 10 years combined. At Jomon, Kazunori primarily focuses on the assignments of various positions for medium-to-large size Japanese companies. He holds a BA in Economics from Yokohama National University.
URAGI Tomoyasu
As a public servant with technical background, Tomoyasu Uragi covered from maritime safety and environmental administration, overseas infrastructure development to personnel policies and recruitment at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. He engaged in diplomatic negotiations at United Nations specialized agencies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, before he was stationed as Deputy Consul-General and Director of Economic Division at the Consulate General of Japan in New York. He joined Jomon Associates as he wanted to contribute to the lasting and concurrent growth of businesspersons and companies.
Tomo received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Osaka University and MS in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering & Technology Innovation Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
SHIBATA Moe
Moe Shibata has 4 years of executive search experience at Russell Reynolds Associates, focusing on the industrial sector. In 2017, she joined JOMON Associates to support clients in enhancing corporate value and achieving sustainable growth through long-term relationship and commitment. Previously, she worked for Industrial Growth Platform, a Japanese management consulting firm. She began her professional career at Marubeni Corporation, as a member of overseas investment team of Independent Water & Power Projects in the US and Middle East. Moe received her BA in Multi-Disciplinary Studies of Civilizations from Kyoto University and her MBA in Finance from Graduate School of Finance, Accounting and Law, Waseda University.
